Long Grove Audiology is currently closed for in-person appointments, following orders from state and local governments to observe strict social distancing. This is extremely important to us because many of our patients are among those more vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus. We will reassess the situation and post updates on our website, front door and social media on an ongoing basis.
But We’re Still Here!
We will be in the office 10am-5pm, Tuesdays through Fridays and are available via phone and email. We are offering curbside, no contact services as well as phone and video consultations and some remote hearing aid programming.
Please contact us at (847) 276-2735 or via email at [email protected] to make arrangements.
Be Smart and Be Safe:
In the meantime, please keep yourself and others safe by following the recommendations of the Illinois Department of Public Health, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Please keep in mind, this is NOT only about protecting yourself, it is about protecting all of the vulnerable members of our society: elderly people, those with suppressed immune systems and those with medical conditions that put them at higher risk.
And Remember to DO the FIVE:
1. WASH your hands for at least 20 seconds
2. COUGH into your arm or into a garment, not into the open air!
3. DON’T touch your face!
4. Observe social distancing – stay at least 6 feet away from others
5. STAY HOME if you can, even if you are not experiencing symptoms
